Bathtub diverter replaced
Replace and caulk Top piece of wood on interior window casing
Wood putty, sand and paint small part of window sill that dog nibbled on
Install video doorbell and install 2 wireless security cameras approx 10' high
Cut & Install 3' piece of shoe moulding at bottom of front staircase
Install new fireplace grill
Remove attached wooden attic ladder and replace with aluminum attic ladder
Fill a few woodlecker holes and paint (4) 20' pillars
Fix 2 interior doors not closing properly
Remove and dump 2 big heavy tvs from basement to. 2 or 3 man job
Wooden Fence and gate repair. Fix (2) 6' sections and replace one gate
Replace and paint garage door frame/trim where rotted out
Stucco work - 3 patches approx 8" x 12" each
Fix bottom of rotting pillar
Hang closet barn door in bedroom
Fill or replace a few (2-4) 3" hardwood floor panels with 1/4 gaps.
Replace security light over garage
Get 2 security lights on back of house working properly
Repair/Replace screen door handle on back door
Tighted all toilets qnd toilet seats
Adjust drain plug mecganisms on 4 bathroom wash basins
Repair/Replace 2 sliding glass door handles
Fix leak in master bath basin water handle
Regrout/reseal shower
Replace 4 basement light fixtures. Currently they are the standard 4 bulb 48" low profile fixtures
Fix/replace support pieces on 2 wood shed doors
Install shoe moulding in front of staircase approx 3' piece
Replace (1) 8" lawnmower wheel
Swap 1 wire to different breaker or install new breaker
Spray paint front aluminum shutters (8)
Sevure a couple loos glass panels on front patio lantern lights
Figure out why front gutter over flows
Fix/replace lock on bathroom door knob
Finish sanding ceiling drywall repair and paint ceiling of approx 12' x 18' room
